The ONE Bistro & Bar

In The ONE restaurant we prepare delicious breakfasts, tasty lunches and pleasant dinners, all made from quality and fresh ingredients inspired by Czech and international cuisine.

 

Whether you're planning a quick business breakfast, a family weekend breakfast, a working lunch, a relaxed dinner with friends or a festive event, The ONE is the place to be. Plus, in season, we invite you to sit on the tranquil outdoor terrace, enjoy refreshing summer drinks and sample the specialties we're happy to prepare for you.

 

The sporting spirit of our resort inspired chef Tomáš Zelík to include some light and healthy dishes in our lunch menu. Even in the main menu, we have everyone in mind - meat lovers, gourmets, vegetarians and vegans, as well as those who want to indulge in delicious food made from first-class ingredients.
