Front Office Manager
Job description
- Your main task will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel reception, guest check-in and care of Health Club, Fitness, Wellness clients. You will help us create a unique experience for our hotel guests who deserve only the best.
Required
- Previous experience as a receptionist for a minimum of 3 years welcome
- Knowledge of hotel systems (knowledge of Protel, Septim, Bookolo, Booking, Clubspire an advantage)
- Management and organisation of the reception - ensuring the running of the reception, coordination of the team, incl. recording and managing attendance
- Administrative tasks related to the running of the reception - invoicing, receiving payments
- Assertiveness in dealing with reception staff
- Very good knowledge of English, Czech at native speaker level, other European languages an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, willingness and helpfulness
- Ability to learn new things, come up with own ideas and work to a high standard.
