Entry to the wellness centre is at your own risk and only for persons over 16 years of age. For safety reasons, we do not recommend combining a visit to the steam bath, sauna or solarium with cryotherapy on the same day. Extreme temperature changes can adversely affect blood circulation and put strain on the body. For a safe and maximally effective effect of individual treatments, we recommend a minimum interval of several hours between treatments.
