Entry to the cryochamber is permitted at your own risk and only for persons over 16 years of age. For safety reasons, we do not recommend combining a visit to the cryochamber with a sauna, steam bath or solarium on the same day. Extreme temperature changes can adversely affect blood circulation and put a strain on the body. For a safe and maximally effective effect of individual treatments, we recommend a minimum interval of several hours between treatments.
