Our apartment with access to the roof terrace with seating will provide you not only comfort and more space, but also a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, work desk with chair, Smart TV, wardrobe, with plenty of storage space, an equipped kitchenette with fridge and coffee and tea making facilities, dining table and chairs and access to the sunny roof terrace where you can relax, unwind and enjoy sitting in the fresh air. Of course there is air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and bath towels, toiletries, bathrobes and heated towel rail.

Modern resort near PVA Expo Letňany!

Blue Orange Resort offers a total of 32 comfortable rooms and is the ideal place for your stay in Prague.

Easy parking, direct access to the PVA Expo Letňany and great connections to Václav Havel Airport and the city centre of Prague make us the perfect choice for your business and leisure stays.

Our facilities include, in addition to private parking - which is free for hotel guests and visitors to the resort, the Bistro & Bar THE ONE restaurant, a conference room with a capacity of up to 80 people and a meeting room with a maximum capacity of 14 people, a modern fitness center, wellness with a relaxation zone.

What are the reception opening hours?

The Blue Orange Resort reception is available 24/7. Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., service is provided by security staff. For more complex requests, we recommend contacting the reception during daytime hours between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

From what time is check-in available?

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m.

Is it possible to arrive later in the evening?

Yes, in case of a late arrival, we kindly ask you to inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.

Is it possible to arrange an early check-in?

Yes, early check-in is subject to room availability on the day of arrival. We recommend informing us in advance of your planned arrival time.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Is it possible to request a late check-out?

Late check-out is available upon prior arrangement and is subject to availability.

Do you offer parking for hotel guests?

Guests can use our private parking area located directly in front of the resort, which is monitored by security cameras.

Free parking is included for reservations made directly through the Blue Orange Resort website. Different conditions may apply for bookings made via third-party platforms.

Can I travel with a pet?

Yes, pets are welcome at Blue Orange Resort. The stay of a pet must be confirmed in advance by the reception. A fee of CZK 500 per night per pet applies.

Is breakfast included in the accommodation price?

Yes, breakfast is included in the accommodation price and is served daily from 7:00 to 10:30 AM.
