Summer is a time for getting together, long evenings and moments best enjoyed over a good meal. That’s why, at The ONE Bistro & Bar, we’ve put together a new GRILL MENU that will delight all lovers of hearty flavours and light summer specialities – you’ll find a selection of our favourite grilled dishes, fresh seasonal ingredients and a pleasant atmosphere that’s an integral part of summer. Of course, no good meal would be complete without a perfectly poured Pilsner Urquell, refreshing summer cocktails and other favourite alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Are you planning a family celebration, a birthday, a corporate event or a summer party? We’d be delighted to open The ONE Bistro & Bar, including the summer terrace, exclusively for private and corporate events for groups of 15 or more, even outside our standard opening hours. We’ll prepare a bespoke menu and service for you so that you can enjoy your special day without any worries and make the most of your time with your guests.
