From 17 June 2026, the summer season kicks off at The ONE Bistro & Bar with a new GRILL MENU that will delight lovers of quality meat and vegetarian specialities alike.
We’ve put together a selection of favourite grilled dishes, fresh seasonal flavours and summer drinks, which you can enjoy both inside the restaurant and on our outdoor terrace.
The summer menu also includes perfectly poured Pilsner Urquell, refreshing cocktails and other summer drinks, ideal for relaxing with friends, family or colleagues during the warm summer days and evenings on our summer terrace.

BREAKFAST: daily | 7.00–10.30
LUNCH: Monday–Friday | 11.30 am–3.00 pm
DINNER: Wednesday–Friday | 15:00–22:00
Are you looking for a venue for a family celebration, birthday, corporate event or summer party? Don’t forget that The ONE Bistro & Bar, including the summer terrace, can be booked for private and corporate events for groups of 15 or more.
We’d be delighted to prepare a bespoke menu for you, provide professional service and ensure a pleasant atmosphere tailored exactly to your wishes. Events can also be organised outside standard opening hours by arrangement.
