Summer on the barbecue at The ONE Bistro & Bar: a new barbecue menu and summer opening hours

From 17 June 2026, The ONE Bistro & Bar will be kicking off the summer season with a new GRILL MENU that is sure to delight lovers of quality meat and vegetarian specialities alike.
We have prepared a selection of popular grilled dishes, fresh seasonal flavours and summer drinks, which you can enjoy in the restaurant or on our outdoor terrace.
The summer menu also features perfectly poured Pilsner Urquell on tap, refreshing cocktails and other summer drinks, ideal for relaxing with friends, family or colleagues during the warm summer days and evenings on our summer terrace.

Don’t forget that The ONE Bistro & Bar, including the summer terrace, can be booked for private and corporate events for groups of 15 or more. We’d be happy to prepare a bespoke menu, provide professional service and ensure a pleasant atmosphere tailored exactly to your wishes. Events can also be arranged outside standard opening hours by prior arrangement.
