All treatments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability in the Blue Orange App or after confirmation of the appointment by email at the Blue Orange Resort reception.
Free cancellation is possible no later than 48 hours before the treatment by email. In case of later cancellation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
